How we structure end-to-end delivery for enterprise, SaaS and mobile platforms.
Which end-to-end services do you offer?
We cover five streams: backend and cloud-native integrations, product design, iOS/Android mobile apps, applied AI and distributed systems with SRE. We can act as an extended team or take full ownership of a programme with a dedicated project lead.
How do you ensure both quality and speed?
We work in iterations with shared KPIs, continuous delivery, cross-team code review and automated testing and deployment. An LBD product owner oversees each programme and an SRE owns observability from day one.
Can you take over a project already in flight?
Yes. We audit code, architecture and team, produce a stabilisation plan and progressively take ownership of development or operations. We also co-deliver alongside your internal team.
Do you sign NDAs and handle sensitive data?
We sign NDAs before the first technical conversation. We regularly handle personal, health and payment data under GDPR-ready processes, DPAs, end-to-end encryption and environment separation.
What is the typical engagement model?
Projects start with a fixed-price discovery phase (2-3 weeks) to define scope, architecture and roadmap. Delivery continues on time-and-materials or milestone-based contracts depending on budget constraints and project maturity.
