Laborio.it was built to replace spreadsheets, legacy HR tools and paper documents in Italian companies. LBD led product strategy, design system and full-stack engineering to deliver a multi-module, GDPR-compliant SaaS platform with entirely EU-based infrastructure.

The challenge

Italian SMEs manage HR through fragmented tools: spreadsheets for attendance, emails for leave, PDFs for payslips. A single cloud platform was needed to cover the full HR lifecycle while respecting Italian regulations.
